Return or Exchange Policies

At SOLUÁ FOR PEOPLE, we create limited edition statement pieces — every garment is produced in small quantities and handled with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
1.How to Request a Return or Exchange: Please contact our customer service team at info@soluaforpeople.co with your order number and reason for return or exchange. You will receive detailed instructions and the return shipping address once your request is reviewed.
2. Conditions for Returns: To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must: Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. Include all original packaging, tags, and labels. Be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order. Be accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
3. Exchanges: You may request an exchange for a different size or color, provided the item is still in stock. Exchanges are available only for products of equal value to the original purchase. Items marked as Final Sale or discounted cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.
4. Refunds: Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items, or if your order was fulfilled incorrectly. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@soluaforpeople.co . Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, SOLUÁ FOR PEOPLE will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
6. Packaging & Shipping: All returned items must be carefully packaged in their original or equivalent protective materials. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Final Sale Items: Items purchased during promotions, sample sales, or marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. Only defective items may be replaced under our quality warranty.
