Return or Exchange Policies

The change of a product purchased on our website must be managed within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, by writing to the email . The shipping costs of the product must be borne entirely by the customer.

If you want to make changes to any of our products, you must take into account the following:

  • Promotional or discounted garments are NOT exchangeable, except for warranty or quality problems and will not apply for a refund.
  • You must validate if the product you want is available in size and color. Changes can only be made for products with the same value as the one initially purchased.
  • It is important that the product is NOT modified or altered from its original state, the garment must be in perfect condition, completely clean and with its original labels.

Once you have requested the return of your product you can choose between the following options:

  • Change of the product by size or color: changes can only be made for products with a value equal to the original paid, the change will be subject to availability in the inventory.
  • Refund of money (only applies for reasons of warranty claim and / or right of withdrawal). Money Refunds : In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by law 1480 art. 47, the maximum term for THE USER to exercise it is 5 business days from the delivery of the product. After this time, Soluá SAS will not be able to offer a refund, but an exchange, under the conditions described above.

Once the product has been received and reviewed, Soluá SAS will have 3 business days to inform if your product meets the criteria established to make the change.

  • When you deliver the product to the carrier, it must already be properly packaged.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.
  • Transportation costs and others, incurred in the return will be assumed by you.
  • In the event of a warranty return, the costs will be fully borne by Soluá SAS
  • If you request a return of the money to an account of our same bank, in this case BANCOLOMBIA the transaction has no cost; if the request is made to a different one that includes consignments, interbank transfers, international transfers or other means that generate additional cost; as a client you must assume the cost of said operation.
