Delivery time

• The delivery time starts counting from the confirmation of payment of your purchase.
• You will receive an email confirming payment approval.
• Remember: payments made by credit or debit/PSE card may take up to one business day to be confirmed.
• The estimated delivery time of the products is approximately 5 business days for main cities and up to 12 business days for other destinations within Colombia.
• You should keep in mind that: Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time.
